2. AI-generated content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XSIGNALFLOW, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON—INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSSES FROM TRADING OR INVESTING BASED ON AI-GENERATED PICKS, SCAN RESULTS, OR TWEET-DERIVED ANALYSIS— EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xSignalFlow and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe others’ rights, scrape or overload our systems without permission, or misrepresent our content as personalized advice or a guaranteed outcome.
