By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational service only
xSignalFlow publishes stock-related commentary, scan summaries, and trade ideas derived from automated analysis of publicly available posts on X (formerly Twitter) and other third-party sources, processed in whole or in part by artificial intelligence (“AI”). The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Service is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or similar regulated professional, and we do not provide personalized advice tailored to your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs.
2. AI-generated content
Much of the content on the Service—including stock picks, themes, confidence scores, summaries, and supporting commentary—is generated or assisted by AI systems. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inconsistent with facts on the ground. It may misinterpret tweets, miss important context, or reference securities inappropriately.
You acknowledge that AI-generated picks and analysis are experimental in nature, are not reviewed by a human investment professional before publication (unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific item), and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
3. Social media and third-party sources
Our scans aggregate and interpret content from X and other third parties. We do not control, verify, or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or legality of that third-party content or the individuals who post it. A cited tweet does not mean we vouch for the author, their track record, or their statements. Links to external sites or posts are provided for reference only.
4. No guarantees; past performance
We make no promise that any pick, scan, or commentary will be profitable, timely, or suitable for you. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Any historical returns, win rates, or performance figures shown on the Service are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.
5. Your responsibility
You agree that you alone are responsible for:
- Evaluating any information on the Service and conducting your own research and due diligence;
- Consulting qualified professionals (financial, legal, tax, or otherwise) before making investment decisions;
- All trades, investments, and financial decisions you make; and
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You will not hold us responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on the Service.
6. Paid access
If you purchase or subscribe to paid features, additional payment and refund terms may apply at checkout or in a separate agreement. Lack of payment does not change the informational nature of the Service or the disclaimers in these Terms. A paid subscription does not create a service-level agreement, delivery guarantee, or duty to notify you of any pick, close, or other event.
7. Notifications and alerts
The Service may offer optional email, webhook, Telegram, or other notifications (“Alerts”). Alerts are a convenience only. They are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a service-level agreement. We do not warrant that any Alert will be sent, delivered, received, timely, complete, or accurate.
Delivery depends on systems we do not control, including email providers, spam filters, webhook endpoints you configure (such as Discord, Zapier, or Make), messaging platforms, your devices, and your notification settings. A failed, delayed, duplicated, or missing Alert—whether caused by us, a third party, or a setting on your account—is not a basis for any claim for trading losses, missed profits, or other damages.
You must not rely on Alerts as your only way to learn about a pick, close, or other event. You remain responsible for checking the Service itself. Enabling Alerts, including as a paid feature, does not change the informational nature of the Service or any other disclaimer in these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XSIGNALFLOW, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON—INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSSES FROM TRADING OR INVESTING BASED ON AI-GENERATED PICKS, SCAN RESULTS, OR TWEET-DERIVED ANALYSIS, OR FROM ANY FAILED, DELAYED, DUPLICATED, OR MISSING ALERT— EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xSignalFlow and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Account and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe others’ rights, scrape or overload our systems without permission, or misrepresent our content as personalized advice or a guaranteed outcome.
12. License; no redistribution or resale
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content solely for your own personal use—for example, to inform your own trading or investing decisions. A paid subscription or membership does not expand this license.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any picks, scans, data, analyses, information, content, or other materials provided through the Service, and you may not redistribute or republish them without attribution to xSignalFlow— whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part, free or for a fee, and whether you are a paid member or a free user—without our prior written consent. Sharing picks or other content is fine when you clearly credit xSignalFlow as the source (for example, naming xSignalFlow or linking to xsignalflow.com). What is not allowed includes, without limitation, selling or licensing our materials; presenting them as your own; incorporating them into a product, service, newsletter, feed, group, or channel you charge for or monetize; systematically republishing them as a substitute for the Service without attribution; or using automated means to harvest content for unattributed or commercial redistribution.
All rights in the Service and its content not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
